If you open it and it’s not what I described — email me within 14 days. You get a full refund and you keep the files. One condition: you have to actually open it.

How to request a refund

Email parallaxbranded@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number. I’ll process it within 48 hours. No lengthy forms, no interrogation.

What this covers

• The product doesn’t contain what was described on the product page
• Files are corrupted or won’t open
• You received the wrong product

What this doesn’t cover

• You bought it but never opened the files
• You changed your mind after downloading
• The content wasn’t what you hoped for, but it is what was described
