Your 14-day cancellation right — and the one catch
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel something you buy online and get a refund.
There's one exception the law allows for digital downloads, and it applies here: when you buy and download a file, you're asking for it immediately. At checkout you agree to start the download straight away and you accept that, once the download has begun, your 14-day right to change your mind no longer applies — because you can't “give back” a file you already have.
So: if you simply change your mind after you've downloaded, we can't offer a refund. If you've bought but haven't downloaded yet, email us and we'll refund you, no questions.
What you're always entitled to (this can't be removed)
Separately, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 your files must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. If they're not, you're entitled to a fix or a refund — for example:
- The product doesn't contain what the product page said it would
- The file is corrupted, won't open, or you received the wrong file
- It's materially not as described
In any of those cases, email us within 14 days for a full refund, and you keep the files. We'd rather refund you than have you feel scammed.
What's not covered
- You downloaded it, it's exactly as described, and you simply changed your mind

None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
