Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy from or use Parallax (parallax.co.com). By buying, you agree to them.

1. Who you're dealing with. Parallax is operated by Safa, based in Wolverhampton, United Kingdom. Contact: parallaxbranded@gmail.com.

2. What we sell. Digital products — prompt packs, templates and guides — delivered as instant downloads. Nothing is shipped.

3. Your licence to use the files. When you buy, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own work (including your own client work). You may not resell, redistribute, share, sub-license or republish the files or their contents as your own product. Intellectual property stays with Parallax.

4. Price and payment. Prices are in GBP and shown on each product page. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its providers; we never see or store your full card details.

5. Delivery. Files are delivered by instant download — a link on the confirmation page and by email immediately after payment.

6. Refunds. Covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. No guarantee of results. Parallax sells tools and information, not outcomes. We do not promise you'll get clients, make money, or reach any particular result. What you do with the files is up to you.

8. Acceptable use. Don't use the products or this site unlawfully, and don't attempt to break, copy or disrupt the store.

9. Our liability. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law (including for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence). Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, Parallax isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Changes. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here when you buy.

11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you keep the protections of your local law.
